The Samurai’s Garden – Gail TsukiyamaThis story is about a Chinese young man and the year he spends recovering from TB at the family’s summer home in Japan during the Second World War Something about this authors writing is very calming and I have never felt that as I read a story. I have been trying to think about how I felt about the book, I enjoyed that story but it was not one of my favorites or a page turner just an interesting, calming book.

Now You See Me…Rochelle Krich Newly married Molly Blume is a crime reporter and best selling true crime author. She is asked by her former Rabbi/ teacher to help find his missing daughter. This is an interesting mystery that has several twist and turns. What also makes it intersecting as well as a very delicate matter is that the missing girl comes from the Orthodox community. I enjoyed this book. Quick easy read.
