She finds it through corresponding with people from the island town of Guernsey and what they went through while the Germans took up occupancy in their small island community. The whole book is written through letters and you can see how Juliet falls in love with the people and the island. You totally feel like you know these people and it is a very charming story.

Dewey – The Small Town Cat Who Touched the World This is truly a sweet book and a true story. A kitten was abandoned in the library drop box and this kitten transformed a small library in the town of Spencer Iowa and eventually became famous. It makes me wish our library had a cat living there. This is just a feel good book.
